SPECIAL TIPS AND TECHNIQUES FOR SPRUCING UP YOUR CAR (part 2)
|
One common problem that most individuals face is how to get that unsightly
wax out of the cracks and emblems after the vehicle has been waxed.
The trick is to use a stiff yet soft bristle toothbrush to work loose any
remaining wax residue. This simple solution can really make a difference
in the overall appearance of a good detail job. In the professional
world of detailing, this is what sets the lay person apart from the professional.
A toothbrush is also an excellent cleaning tool for interior work as well. The toothbrush can clean and remove stubborn dirt in cracks and crevices on the console area as well as in between seat pleats and cushion buttons. How do you get the dirt out of the air vents? Simple! Take out a few Q-Tips™ and spray a little general purpose cleaner on the tip and swab the grooves and fins clean. Follow up this process with another Q-Tip™. Only, this time, use a dry one to finish the job.

Of course, these tips are simplified and are a good general guide to help
you improve the overall quality and look of the vehicle. However,
we strongly recommend that your vehicle be thoroughly scrutinized and cleaned
by a professional detailer at least twice a year. A professional
uses high grade cleaners and polishes designed for much more effective
and longer lasting results. He is trained in the Art and Science
of true professional detailing. His job is to recondition every nook
and cranny and finely polish and condition every inch of the vehicle, both
inside and out. A professional Detailer is trained and is knowledgeable
on how to treat and condition today's sophisticated interior fabrics as
well as how to properly use polishing procedures for today's sophisticated
paint finishes. So, enjoy your clean car and drive with pride!!
